How to report a bug
We appreciate your help. If you’ve encountered a bug, please let us know. This could be done either from the web portal or mobile app.

Report from web portal
Click the question mark help button at the upper right corner of the screen, then click Bug report.
This redirects you to the form on the Bug report page. Please fill out the form carefully and include as much information as possible.
Once you’re done, you’ll receive an email with the report summary and a submission ID. You can use the ID to track the issue.
Report from mobile app
Tap the question mark at the upper right corner of the main screen and select Report bug. Then, describe the issue, providing all necessary details to reproduce the bug (you can optionally upload a screenshot or screen record) and tap Send.
