Mobile: Locked Documents
If you find that a document is locked (read: not viewable or downloadable), it means it’s time to settle the bill. Locked docs are final ones uploaded by your preparer—and to unlock them, you’ll need to make a payment. Once you’ve paid your invoice for the work performed on the document, you can instantly preview and download it.
To unlock a document:
- Tap its name, review the invoice information on the Pay Invoice screen, then tap Pay.
- Enter your personal information and your card/bank account information, then proceed with the payment.
- Once the payment has been made, the document will be instantly unlocked. You will now be able to view and download it.
