Mobile: Locked Documents

If you find that a document is locked (read: not viewable or downloadable), it means it’s time to settle the bill. Locked docs are final ones uploaded by your preparer—and to unlock them, you’ll need to make a payment. Once you’ve paid your invoice for the work performed on the document, you can instantly preview and download it.

To unlock a document:

  1. Tap its name, review the invoice information on the Pay Invoice screen, then tap Pay.
  2. Enter your personal information and your card/bank account information, then proceed with the payment.
  3. Once the payment has been made, the document will be instantly unlocked. You will now be able to view and download it.
