Mobile: Locked Documents

Sometimes you may want to settle your bill when you deal with locked documents. These are final documents uploaded by your preparer. To unlock the document, you must pay the associated bill. Once the document is unlocked, it can be instantly previewed and downloaded. 

To unlock the file: 

  1. Tap its name, review the bill information on Settle Bill screen, then tap Pay.
  2. Enter your personal information and your card/bank account information, and proceed with the payment.
  3. Once payment has been made, the document will be instantly unlocked. You will now be able to view and to download it.
