Notify Your Firm You’re Done Uploading

Some services require a lot of different documents. Your firm gets a notification each time you upload a document, but there’s a way to make it easier. Send a single notification when you’re finished with all document uploads. 


Heads-up: If you don’t see these links and buttons on your portal, contact your firm.

There are three ways to do this:  

1. Click Done Uploading on the Home page.

2. Click Done Uploading on the Documents page.

3. Check the Notify firm if you are done uploading checkbox during the file upload. 

After clicking Done uploading or checking the Notify firm if you are done uploading checkbox, click Send notification:

The firm will get a notification that you’re done uploading all your documents and ready to move forward.
