Ensure you receive emails from your accounting firm

Your accounting firm uses TaxDome to securely manage your messages, documents, e-signatures, tasks, invoices, and other communication. Because of this, you may receive important emails from TaxDome on behalf of your firm—for example, when your accountant sends you a message, requests a document, shares something for signature, or sends you an invoice or reminder.

Add TaxDome email addresses to your contacts

To make sure you never miss these important updates, we recommend adding TaxDome’s email addresses to your contacts or safe senders list. This helps prevent messages from going to spam, junk, or promotions folders. You may receive emails from the following addresses:

These email addresses are part of the secure TaxDome platform your accounting firm uses. TaxDome is SOC 2 certified and uses encrypted communication to keep your information safe.

To add the email addresses to your contacts:

  1. Open your contacts or address book.

  2. Create a new contact.

  3. Add the email addresses listed above to the contact.

  4. Save the contact.

Or, follow the provider-specific instructions below to add a contact from an email you received.

Why adding these emails to your contacts helps

Email providers sometimes mislabel automated or system-generated messages—even when they’re from a trusted accounting firm. Adding our email addresses to your contacts tells your email provider these messages are legitimate, which helps ensure:

  • you receive document requests and reminders
  • message notifications reach your inbox
  • signature requests are delivered without delay
  • invoice and payment confirmations arrive
  • account and security notifications do not get blocked

If any messages from your firm are not arriving, adding these email addresses to your contacts usually resolves the issue.

Email suppression

Sometimes an email address gets blocked from receiving TaxDome emails—usually if messages couldn’t be delivered (for example, the address is incorrect) or if the recipient marked them as spam. When this happens, you stop receiving all emails from the portal, including login codes, messages, and notifications. To fix this, contact your firm and ask them to request removal from the suppression list.

If you’re still not receiving emails

If you still don’t receive emails from your firm:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
  • Mark any email from your firm as not spam.
  • Ensure your mailbox isn’t full.
  • Confirm your email provider isn’t blocking automated emails.

If you continue to experience issues, contact your firm for assistance .
