Get help from TaxDome

If you have questions about using TaxDome—such as how to upload documents, sign forms, or navigate your portal—you can reach TaxDome’s support team directly from your portal.

Note

This support option is available only if your accounting firm is on the TaxDome Business plan. If the Tech support link is not visible in your portal, contact your accountant for assistance.

Contact support

To get help from TaxDome:

  1. Hover over Get help in the top-right corner of any portal page, then click Tech support.
  1. Browse the help articles for answers to common questions.
  1. If you can’t find what you need, click Send us a message to start a chat. Type your question in the chat. An automated assistant will respond first and try to help.

Your recent conversations with the support team will be shown at the top of the Home page and in the Messages tab.

Note

TaxDome’s support team handles questions about using the platform. If your question is about your tax return, filing status, or work with your accountant, the support agent will redirect you to contact your firm directly.
